In my Cree class; the unit plans are unique since I have built my own Cree program based on theories and 2nd Lg. teaching methodologies. 

 

In this example, you see how for three weeks there was a certain amount of nouns, verbs, prepositions, foods, locatives etc. that I concentrated on. After three weeks, I would increase the number of each unit. 

This year plan is unique because I do not use any one curriculum. It is based on the fluency development stages of students, the Alberta and Saskatchewan (Cree) Curriculum as well as 2nd Lg. acquisition theories and methods.

This year plan is based on what my students have learned from the previous year. Based on that information I can add more vocabulary, always building on the previous vocabulary/month.
